Snowmobiling

Winter does not shut down the area, it just changes the focus. The Turtle Mountain region is home to over 500 miles of groomed snowmobile trails including an unique journey to the Turtle’s Back at Lake William where riders can stop and climb the viewing tower for a panoramic view of the Turtle Mountains and the prairies below. Throughout the Turtle Mountain Provincial Park there are numerous warm-up shelters to make your excursion even more enjoyable.
