Boissevain, Whitewater Lake and Turtle Mountain Region
Interpreter Cal Cuthbert will lead us through two days of exploring the beautiful region of Boissevain and turtle Mountain with emphasis on Whitewater Lake, Many of Manitoba's nearly 300 species of birds recorded occur in this region providing exciting birding opportunities.
Package includes:
- Evening receiption, meet and greet, agenda review and campfire on Monday
- Breakfast, lunch, supper and coffee breaks each day
- Supper at The Sawmill in Boissevain on Wednesday
- Two nights of accommodation at Turtle Mountain Bible Camp

Dakota College - Bottineau presents 9th Annual Turtle Mountain Birding Festival
Guided field trips will begin at J. Clark Salyer National Wildlife Refuge on Friday, followed by a trip to Lostwood National Wildlife Refuge on Saturday, then on to prime birding locations in the Turtle Mountains on Sunday.
