Boissevain has the advantage of easy access to the United States market. Located just 25 kilometers (15 miles) north of the Manitoba-North Dakota border, Boissevain and area is an ideal location for export industries.

Visiting the International Peace Garden does constitute exiting Canada. When travelling to the International Peace Garden, while not required, a passport is the preferred form of identification to expedite your processing when re-entering Canada.
