Economic Development Founded in 1997, the Turtle Mountain Community Development Corporation is the economic development organization serving the Town of Boissevain and Rural Municipality of Morton region. The group is composed of elected officials, business people and local residents concerned about the future of the area. This non-profit organization is continuously undertaking projects and initiatives which promote the existing business sector of the region, assisting new business start-up and implementing an overall economic and community development strategy for the area.
